Contribution Rules

  • Contributions to the Re-elect Paula McCraney Campaign are not tax-deductible.
  • Kentucky law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $100 per election cycle.
  • Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited.
  • Federal contractors may contribute from personal funds.
  • By making a contribution, you confirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident and that this contribution is made from your own funds and not from the general treasury of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank.
